Kalibu!

Undugu, meaning brotherhood in Swahili, is a traditional Ugandan dance group founded by Yiga Moses in 2004. We aim to improve education and develop the talents of the local youth in the performing arts.

We believe that all people are brothers and sisters in big blessed family under God. Through music, dance and drama, we help local children to learn, understand and respect their cultural backgrounds and heritage.

Promoting Peace, Unity

and Brotherhood

In our community, youths are exposed to alcohol and drug abuse, violence, and loss of traditional values. Illiteracy levels are high, and education is often viewed as optional. Many children are from very poor family backgrounds and have been victims of loss due to war and violence.

We strive to teach the importance of peace, unity and education, and to develop the artistic talents of the youths in our community.

Children in need of Education

These children can not afford to attend school. If you are interesting in giving the gift of education to a child in our community through sponsorship, please contact us.
